                        Work-Out vs Work-In? What is considered a WORK-OUT? This must be established before moving on to WORK-IN. Technically a workout consists of five components. 1. warmup/stretch 2. cardio 3. muscle fitness 4. cool-down  5. stretch. Definition of workout 1: a practice or exercise to test or improve one's fitness for athletic competition, ability, or performance 2: a test of one's ability, capacity, stamina, or suitability 3: an undertaking or plan intended to resolve a problem of indebtedness especially in lieu of bankruptcy or foreclosure proceedings   From merriam-webster.com Would a cross-fit session be considered a workout? This can only be defined by what components are performed during the session. Could  riding a bike ten miles be considered a workout? Let's try another angle.                                                                                  The Sweet Spot Blogs are hard to keep up with when not too talkative. Without saying a word, picking words out of the thinking stream, typing them in a sensible manner. A discipline? Hats off to those that have achieved the schedule or received payment as an award for the tenacity of having one.
